Unless specified otherwise by e-mail, the deadline for submissions is close of business on the last business day of the month prior to the issue month. World Bank staff can post their pieces on the W drive in the subdirectory “shutter” (with an e-mail note to the editorial staff listed below); International Monetary Fund staff can send their submissions by e-mail to the editorial staff.
